It began with an invitation — a signal from something beyond what was already known.
I felt my whole body respond with a YES.
As if there was something I had been waiting for.
An activation of something that had been resting within my body, waiting for this particular signal.
I was filled with a sense of anticipation and meaning.
I felt it again before a group session I held in Swedish in September 2024. And I knew it was not only for those who would be there.
It was there for more of us to receive.
“Stay in the heart, meet what you feel, and invite your WHOLENESS in.”
During the session, we expanded into this awareness and experienced it together. It was a powerful yet gentle transmission.
Those of us who participated could feel the integration continuing to move through the body in the days that followed.
But what opened that day was never limited to the group.
The frequency is here for all of us who wish to receive it.
During the session, I was also guided to offer a gift from an aspect of ourselves that exists in another density than the one we currently experience as human beings.
What we encountered was a love that reached deeply into the body.
Each person experienced it in their own unique way.
And perhaps this is part of the gift itself:
There is nothing you need to have been present for.
Nothing you need to understand.
Simply an opening.
A willingness to receive.
A remembering of the wholeness that is already here.
