I created More of Us to make room for that. Here, we can experience more of who we are and allow it to take root in our bodies. Allow more of our soul’s potential and innate magic to awaken and find expression in our lives. ♡

Perhaps you long for more freedom and joy in your everyday life, or sense that something wants to take shape without yet knowing what it is.

We begin where you are
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Simply be willing to open to more of who you are.
We meet where we are and listen to what is alive. Through guided experiences and moments of presence, we make room to feel, receive and discover.
As a consciousness guide, my gift is to open and hold a field in which you can explore your connection with more of yourself. Through my guidance, I invite your spirit, your life force and your innate creative power to awaken and have more space. We meet what is alive in you through experiences you can feel and follow in your own body.
What you discover has time to settle. You can listen to your own experience and sense what feels true for you.

We open to more of the consciousness we are. To our gifts, our life force and possibilities we have yet to discover.
Embodiment
What we experience is given space to take root in the body. We allow time for integration, so our connection with more of ourselves can become part of everyday life.
Creation
Here, we can feel and experience what we long to create. Allow our dreams and visions to come alive and find expression in our lives.

There is something beautiful about making room for this together.
We can bring whatever is alive in us. An idea, a longing, a question. Something we have discovered or are only beginning to sense.
We listen, share and explore. Allow new possibilities to open, to be experienced and to take shape.
Each of us contributes through our presence and our own expression. What becomes available to one of us becomes available to all of us in our shared field. Each person can feel, receive and discover it in their own way.
And what we create can enrich both our own lives and the life around us.
A space that stays with you between gatherings
Over three months, we meet online in a small, intimate group.
Our live gatherings make room for guided experiences, sharing and integration. Between gatherings, we stay connected in our private Telegram group.
We keep the Telegram group alive with messages, sharing and little hellos. We share our discoveries and what is beginning to take shape, celebrate one another and offer encouragement along the way.
If someone loses touch with themselves and what they long to create, a little message from someone in the group may help them find their way home again. We remind one another of what we feel and remember, making room to return to our own presence and sense of connection.
You are welcome to contribute and receive at the pace and in the way that feels natural to you.
There is nothing to prove here. You are warmly welcome as you are.
What’s included
- Four live Zoom gatherings with guidance, experiences and space to share.
- A private Telegram group throughout our three months together.
- Recordings of the gatherings, so you can revisit the experiences or catch up on a gathering you missed.

The gatherings will be held in English.

Price: SEK 4,400, including VAT.

If you are a group longing to experience MORE OF US in the same room, we can create a series of gatherings where we meet in person rather than online.
You are welcome to bring a group of around eight people. If there are fewer of you, we can explore what feels possible.
