About me and Vi-Be

I’m Annika Döse.

For much of my life, I searched outside myself for something that had been within me all along.

Over time, my relationship with myself has become the path itself. Through the body, awareness and life, I have discovered more of who I am – and how that relationship changes the way I meet everything else.

This is where I meet others today, too.

In their relationship with themselves, in the midst of the life they are already living. Through relationships, projects, ideas, longings or something that does not feel quite right. We begin there and listen to what is alive.

When we know it within ourselves, something awakens.

Not a knowing we have arrived at by thinking our way to an answer, but a recognition. Something in us remembers.

The body becomes more alive.

Life becomes more alive.

Joy can begin to return – not as something we have to create, but as something innate that has been there all along, perhaps hidden beneath layers of fear, adaptation, holding back and all that we once needed to keep inside.

And life becomes larger than we once thought possible.

We discover that, here in this life, we have access to more.

More of ourselves. More of life. More dimensions of our experience. An expanded way of being in which our humanity and something greater can exist together.

We are still here, in our bodies and our human lives. But we do not have to limit our experience of who we are to only what we already know or can understand.

We can live here and remain open to more.

And perhaps we are not becoming someone new.

Perhaps more of who we have always been is coming alive.

Vi-Be grew from this

Vi-Be stands for Vibrational Beings.

I see us as living, vibrating beings, always in relationship with ourselves and with life. We can feel when something is in harmony with us – and when something rubs against us or creates dissonance.

And we can listen.

Tune in to the original tone of who we are – beneath what we have learned, adapted to or believed we needed to be.

It is already here.

And the more we come into harmony with it, the more of ourselves can be expressed and lived.

This is my vision for Vi-Be: a space where more of us can meet what is already within us and allow more of who we are to come alive.

And from there, create a deeper sense of togetherness. Meet one another from that place within us where we need not make ourselves smaller, adapt or become someone else – where we can express who we truly are.

To live and create together from who we truly are.
